Our dairy was founded in 1966 in Padua. As a family-run business, our primary goal has always been to produce the highest possible quality products, in keeping with the finest Venetian tradition.
We have always believed in the capabilities of our region and in the added value it is always able to provide.
Today we are in the fourth generation: time has passed, but we have always continued to work with respect for the quality of raw materials and for tradition.

A story of quality
The Caseificio Nobili was founded in Padua in 1966, when our grandfather Mario—a shepherd from Tuscany—decided to move to Veneto, leaving his homeland behind to take over a dairy in the province of Padua and start producing our delicious Nobili mozzarella.
From a small artisanal workshop, the transformation into a company begins. The quality of our products makes itself known and reaches tables across Northern Italy.
We inaugurate the dairy’s new production facility, featuring an innovative plant and an automated line designed to meet the new demands of the market.
The arrival of little Leone and 60 years of activity lead us toward the fifth generation, with mozzarella made from 100% Italian milk.

The beginning
