Scamorza Nobili is a stretched-curd cheese with an intense yet balanced flavor, a slightly elastic and firm texture, and a uniform straw-yellow color. It stands out for its authentic aroma and firm texture with a thin, smooth rind.

Made with pasteurized cow’s milk, scamorza is vacuum-packed to ensure its freshness. It’s ideal both raw and grilled, where it releases its full aroma and intensity.

We recommend removing it from the refrigerator at least half an hour before eating to fully appreciate its flavor and properties. Store scamorza in the refrigerator at a temperature between 0 and 4°C and consume it preferably by the expiration date indicated on the label.
