The Bocconcini are born from the expertise of our dairy, offering a soft and elastic texture, a delicate taste, and a pleasantly milky aroma, characteristics that reflect the finest Italian tradition.

Made with 100% Italian milk, they are offered in individual 100g packages, immersed in their own brine to maintain freshness and quality. The Bocconcini are distinguished by their spheroidal shape and genuine aroma, ideal for enhancing dishes or enjoying on their own.

To best savor their balanced taste, we recommend leaving them at room temperature for at least an hour after removing them from the refrigerator. Keep the Bocconcini, immersed in their liquid, at a temperature between 0 – 4°C and consume them within 48 hours of opening.
