  • Asparagus: about 250-300 grams
  • Cherry tomatoes: 100-150 grams
  • Radishes: 4-6, depending on size
  • Extra virgin olive oil: a couple of tablespoons

  • One Fiorita Mozzarella
  • Fresh basil: 5-10 leaves

Method:
