Ingredients for 6 servings
- 6 eggs
- 300 g of fresh spinach
- 200 g of Nobili ricotta
- 100 g of cherry tomatoes
- 30 g of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste

1. Cook the spinach
