Our Caseificio was founded in 1966 in Padua. As a family-run business, our primary goal has always been to create products of excellence that celebrate the finest Venetian tradition. We strongly believe in the potential of our territory and in the added value it can offer.

Today, in the third generation, time has passed but our philosophy remains unchanged: we continue to work every day with the utmost respect for the quality of our raw materials and for our roots.

Today, sixty years on, we continue to passionately uphold the values that defined us two generations ago.
