In 1966, our grandfather Mario took over a dairy in the Padua area. From that year on, our family has lived in Veneto and, every day, produces dairy products of the highest quality, such as our famous and delicious Mozzarella Fiorita, the Nobili Bocconcino with its fresh and delicate flavor, Ciliegine, Braids, and much more. What do they all have in common? 100% Italian milk and the craftsmanship of Nobili artisans.
The tradition passed down to us, the work carried out over the years, and the desire to grow and improve—without ever forgetting the lightness and irony that set us apart—have allowed us, in nearly sixty years of activity, to offer products of unique quality, unmistakable flavors, and natural aromas.
This is the 4th generation of master cheesemakers of the Nobili family. Four generations of passion, hard work, and laughter. Four generations of mozzarella artisans and more, with one single goal: to create quality cheeses.
