Our dairy was founded in 1966 in Padua. As a family-run business, our primary goal has always been to produce the highest possible quality products, in line with the finest Venetian tradition.

We have always believed in the capabilities of our region and in the added value it is always able to provide.

Today we are in the fourth generation: time has passed, but we have always continued to work with respect for the quality of raw materials and tradition.

Our land

Our bond with our land is a special one, deeply rooted in our own history. Every day, at the Nobili Dairy, milk arrives from more than 80 farms in Padua and the surrounding provinces.

The quality of the forage eaten by the cows and the environment in which they graze are inextricably linked to the quality of Nobili mozzarella and other products.

Every year, in our laboratory, we carry out more than 100,000 analyses on the organoleptic properties of our products to ensure that Nobili products maintain consistent quality throughout the year.
