Our dairy was founded in 1966 in Padua. As a family-run business, our primary goal has always been to create products of the highest possible quality, in keeping with the finest Venetian tradition.

We have always believed in the capabilities of our region and in the added value it is always able to provide.

Today we are in our fourth generation: much time has passed, but we have always continued to work with respect for the quality of our raw materials and our traditions.

Our land

Our bond with the land is a special one, deeply rooted in our own history. Every day, at Caseificio Nobili, milk arrives from more than 80 farms in Padua and the surrounding provinces.

The quality of the forage consumed by the cows and the environment in which they graze are in fact inseparably linked to the quality of Nobili mozzarella and other products.

Every year, in our laboratory, we carry out more than 100,000 analyses on the organoleptic properties of our products to ensure consistent quality in Nobili products throughout the year.
