Our dairy was founded in Padua in 1966. As a family-run business, our primary goal has always been to create products of the highest possible quality, in keeping with the finest Venetian tradition.

We have always believed in the capabilities of our region and in the added value it is always able to provide.

Today we are in our fourth generation: much time has passed, yet we have always continued to work with respect for the quality of our raw materials and our traditions.

The beginning

The Nobili Dairy was founded in Padua, when our grandfather Mario, a Tuscan shepherd, decided to take over a dairy and begin producing our mozzarella.

1970

The Nobili Company

From a small artisanal workshop, it began its transformation into a company. The quality of our products reached tables across Northern Italy.

1995

Technology

We inaugurate the new production facility, featuring innovative systems and an automated line designed to meet the evolving demands of the market.

2022

New packaging

The arrival of little Leone and 60 years of activity are guiding us toward the fifth generation, with mozzarella made from 100% Italian milk.

The beginning

The Nobili Dairy was founded in Padua in 1966, when our grandfather Mario – a Tuscan shepherd – decided to move to the Veneto region, leaving his homeland to take over a dairy in the province of Padua and begin producing our delicious Nobili mozzarella.
