Drain the barley and season it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sweet paprika. Mix well and let it cool.  <\/span> <span class=\"s3\">Clean the asparagus by removing the woody part and cut them into pieces. Wash the zucchinis and dice them. Blanch the peas, zucchinis, and asparagus in boiling water for about    <\/span><span class=\"s3\">four<\/span><span class=\"s3\"> minutes. Drain the vegetables and add them to the cooled barley.<\/span> <span class=\"s3\">Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them in half, and let them drain to remove excess water.<\/span> <span class=\"s3\">Add the small mozzarella balls to the barley and vegetables. Add the cherry tomatoes and season everything with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Adjust the flavor with salt, freshly ground black pepper, and add aromatic herbs to taste (fresh basil and chopped parsley).<\/span> <span class=\"s3\">Mix all the ingredients well and transfer the salad to a serving dish.
