Try our new recipe for <strong>Brussels sprouts and scamorza casserole<\/strong>, it will not only be delicious but also <strong>healthy<\/strong> and made with <strong>seasonal products.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<h3>INGREDIENTS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>900 g of <strong>Brussels sprouts<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>350 g of <strong>potatoes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 <strong>shallot<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>2 <strong>eggs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>50 g of <strong>all-purpose flour<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>50 g of <strong>Nobili Butter<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>600 ml of <strong>milk<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>250 g of <strong>Nobili Scamorza<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of <strong>olive oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Salt<\/strong> to taste<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pepper<\/strong> to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<h3>PREPARATION<\/h3>\n<p>The first thing to do is <strong>make the b\u00e9chamel sauce<\/strong>. In a saucepan, <strong>melt the Nobili butter<\/strong> and then <strong>add the sifted flour<\/strong>. Stir the flour and butter <strong>for 5 minutes<\/strong>, trying to avoid lumps.  <\/p>\n<p>Turn off the heat and <strong>gradually add<\/strong> <strong>the hot milk<\/strong>, stirring with a whisk. Then <strong>cook for another 15 minutes or so<\/strong>. Season with salt and pepper.  <\/p>\n<p>Clean the <strong>Brussels sprouts<\/strong> and then <strong>steam them for 15 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <strong>saut\u00e9 the shallot in a pan<\/strong> with a drizzle of oil and then <strong>add the peeled and diced potatoes<\/strong>. <strong>Cook for about ten minutes<\/strong>, adding a glass of water if necessary.
